Games on 2011 was not great enough to satisfy my kind of genre games. But now on E3 2012, we've been showed that there is still games that we've got to wait. Some games in 2011 are worth waiting for, but not over 50%. Of course, it was only in my vision. But that games have made me hyped more than anything else. But this year, they are making me more hyped than before, because there will be a LOT of epic games this year or soon forward.
There're these games' franchise that we've all knew, like Assassin's Creed, God of War, Star Wars, Tomb Raider, Tekken, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear, Forza, etc.
And there're new games like Watch Dog, Sleeping Dogs, Zone of The Enders, etc. But from all of this games, there're only some games that make me hyped. There're :
1. Tekken Tag 2 (of course)
This game is the only thing that makes me so hyped on E3 2011, beside some other games, and this franchise has successfully make things better and better with some DLC characters like Angels, Kunimitsu, Human Ogre, Michelle Chang, and a new Stage, Snoop Dogg.
2. Sleeping Dogs
I have knew this game before E3 started and this game is surely an epic game. I mean, what kind of a game that includes FPS, Street fights, and some Grand Theft Auto's aspect? Yeah, this game is surely on my top wanted list this year. This game will involve you with Triad and cops. You can race, cock fight, karaoke, gambling, and FIGHT. This game makes the environment your weapons, use them and you'll be unstopable.
3. Assassin's Creed III
This is surely the ultimate upgrade from the previous sequel, and the developer surely known how to takes people's interest. I mean, you're not going to be an assassin and kill people, but you'll be in charge of a war. Kill and dominate the enemies with all you've got. And there's a new feature here, the Naval Ship Combat. You'll have to be a captain of a ship and order your soldiers to attack the other ships.
4. God of War : Ascension
An incredibly new game for all of GOW fans. They're making Kratos looks more epic. But this game takes the story before Kratos is called 'Ghost of Sparta', you'll play as Kratos and knew his past. Even you could customize Kratos and play with other Kratos ( Online Play was introduced ).
5. Tomb Raider
A simple title for an epic game. This time, you'll be playing as Lara Croft, but not with that cool Lara that you've known, but with a young and fragile Lara. You'll see how can a fragile Lara, be as cool as the Lara Croft we've all knew.
6. Metal Gear Rising : REvengeance
Metal Gear Rising is the only Metal Gear I'm hyped for. Because it doesn't include much FPS, I mean, I don't dislike FPS games, but it just doesn't make me hyped. The story will focus on the former agent Raiden who is to be encountered by cyborg enemies while aiding in the rebuilding of an unknown country. That's all games that makes me hyped for 2012, and I will give you some of another trailers that've been shown on E3. Not all, but some of it, enjoy.
This new Forza trailer is also looking good, I mean, all of the environment and cars are better. Also the only thing I want from Forza is the touge tracks, the only tracks that Gran Turismo doesn't have. But for the gameplay, I choose GT, the realistic one.
Star Wars is a good and big franchise for films, and games. We've seen many of Star Wars games that looking so good, like Battlefront, Unleashed, etc. But this time the developer doesn't seem to give a great game ( especially for me, but there's nothing wrong to bought it )
Injustice. It seems that we could play the superheroes against another heroes to clashed with each other, that's making a threat to humans (?) I don't want to talk much for this game, because I don't understand the trailers at all. Sorry.
Zone of the Enders, maybe the first Mecha-game that makes Anime-style drawing for it's artworks. This game shows the Anime version from Armored Core.
The next-gen engine shows what new FF could look like. "Using a Final Fantasy motif as a showcase, Square Enix has revealed at E3 its Luminous Engine, which it describes as being for "next generation quality games". The next generation of consoles may not be at this show, but their graphics certainly are. Everything you see in this video - dubbed Agni's Philosophy - and screens is supposedly running in "real-time". Or, to quote Square, this is a "FINAL FANTASY REALTIME TECH DEMO". Given this is an engine advertisement, don't expect launch games to look just like this, but still. A glimpse at the potential of future consoles is better than no glimpse at anything from the future from this show, right?" - Kotaku The epic and famous game from 2011 is back with another sequel, Skyrim Dawnguard.Joining the Vampires allows the player to transform into a Vampire Lords at will, along with special accompanying abilities, which can be chosen from a dedicated skill tree. Vampire Lords will be attacked by almost all NPCs on sight, while regular vampires no longer trigger a hostile reaction. A Lycantrophy skill tree is also added, granting new powers and abilities for Skyrim's werewolves.
Hitman, one of the epic game for it's stealth-killing like game. Many interactions you can made from the previous game on PS2, and now it came down to PS3 to satisfied the fans.
An old fighting game that has been redeveloped and evolved up until now, Dead or Alive. Bring you 3d-fighting game, with many characters, it's different from Tekken but similar with Virtua Fighter. That's all that I want to share, thanks for your times guys, see you soon.
